1 General Terms

This document forms a legal agreement between bdbajee and users of the bdbajee platform and all its services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

5 Withdrawals and Settlement

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• The wagering requirement must be fully met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

Odds displayed in the bdbajee sports betting section may change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event is cancelled.

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• There may be a delay in the information displayed for in-play betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed by mistake, bdbajee reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, the remaining selections will be recalculated.

7.2 Casino Gaming Rules

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a network disruption or technical error, bdbajee will review the situation based on the server log. The decision in such cases will be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform through bots, automation tools, or any software.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by bdbajee

bdbajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit required verification documents within the specified time.
• No activity on the account for an extended period.
• At the user's own request to close the account.

9.2 Closure by the User
